What are your shipping rates? Plus

We ship globally with various shipping options. Be aware that international shipping has different prices, timing, and return policies. Shipping is based on eight and can be calculated at checkout .

What is the turnaround time for my order? Plus

ll orders have a 4-6 business day processing time before orders are processed and shipped. Shipping times start at 2-5 business days once orders are processed and are dependent on the different shipping options. International shipping starts at 5-7 business days. All of our graments are made with love and take a little more time to arrive to you, but we know you will be able to feel and exprience the difference.

All Known In Heaven orders come with a link once your product is shipped out so you can follow your product as it is on your way to you at your preferred contact information (selected at checkout). I want to place a return, how do I ship my order back to you? Plus

If you ever desire to return your order, Head here CLICK TO CREATE A RETURN and it will walk you throw the step by step of how to create a return. You will need your name, email, order address, and order number (include the KIH in your order number).

 What are the conditions of the return? Plus

For an order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition (free from odor, hair, lint, or stains) that you received it. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error - cannot be refunded. All clearance items are final.

Who is responsible for the shipping for a return? Plus

Known in Heaven is not for any shipping address discrepancies, including lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to customer error when ordering products. If a package is delivered incorrectly and gets "returned to sender," we will connect with the Customer to discuss re-shipping the items. 

However; the Customer is responsible for shipping fees for the second delivery attempt, if it was an error in the address submitted. It is the Customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. Before a tracking number/ shipping notification is received, we can make any necessary changes without changing your shipping cost. Once a label has been printed, and you have been notified via the method you selected at checkout, shipping cannot be altered without potentially incurring an additional fee. If a customer makes an address error and decides they do not want to pay the feee to have the item reshipped, we will refund the item but the shipping portion will not be refunded.

What are the conditions of a refund? Plus

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn (other than a sizing concern) and in the same condition that you received it. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (generally 3-5 depending on your bank/payment processor).If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.  If you paid with a card, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
